I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Humanities at Assam Engineering College, Guwahati, Assam. I hold a Master's degree in Commerce with specialization in Finance from Dibrugarh University and a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree, which has strengthened my pedagogical and instructional competencies.
As an academician, I am committed to integrating theoretical knowledge with practical applications to enhance students' analytical and decision-making abilities. My teaching emphasizes critical thinking, ethical values, and interdisciplinary learning, particularly in the fields of management, finance, and commerce. Alongside teaching, I actively engage in research that contributes to the improvement of organizational and institutional performance through evidence-based evaluation and strategic management practices.
