AEC Hospital
To achieve holistic growth and development of the students and staff, a well equipped infirmary on campus is instituted to extend warm medical care. The fully-functional AEC Hospital is well-appointed with residential doctor and staff. Each member of the institute is entitled to basic health-care amenities available in the hospital. It provides indoor and outdoor medical facilities for common ailments. Complicated cases, though are referred for treatment to civic hospitals in the city.

Multi Disciplinary Centre (MDC)
MDC i.e the Multidisciplinary Center of Assam Engineering College is a well-equipped edifice which aims at establishing cordial relationships with industries. It houses the Training and Placement Cell (TPC), Entrepreneurship Development Cell (EDC), and the Language Lab. It comprises several seminar and conference halls with modern communication aids.
